About us

Our story began when I had my daughter and with the rising cost of childcare, I decided to quit my teaching job and got promoted to the best title yet, Stay at Home Mom. The Couture Collective (TCC) was founded as a way for me to be creative and bring the best new things in fashion to as many people as possible. Each packaged is hand packed by me, and some little hands that like to help, to ensure that you are getting the best quality products.

TCC operates a little differently than a traditional clothing store. We don't keep any inventory on hand which allows us to change our offerings faster so you can always see the newest products and styles. We also support other small businesses sourcing our boutique items primarily from a family wholesaler and getting the prints for many of our custom t-shirts right here in Wichita from another small business. Because of this, you may notice our processing times are longer than you might be used to. All of this is to ensure you always have access to the most stylish options and to support other small businesses.

Shipping Policy

We process orders within 1-3 business days of them arriving at TCC. Shipping times vary based on your location:

Domestic shipping: 3-7 business days
Local Delivery: Available in Wichita, Newton, and Columbus
Local pickup: Available in Wichita and Columbus

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we cannot be responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 7- 28 business days for boutique clothing. Averaging about 8-14 business days currently. I ship out next business day after they are received. Custom shirts are ready within 10 business days.

Return Policy

As a small business, we are unable to accept returns at this time. Every purchase directly supports our operations, and accepting returns would create a financial burden we cannot sustain.

We carefully inspect all items before shipping to ensure quality. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to find a solution.
